Genesee Valley Council on the Arts Annual Members' Exhibit
Lederer Gallery in Brodie Hall at SUNY Geneseo is home to this annual show by member artists of the Genesee Valley Council on the Arts. A variety of 2- and 3-D work by active regional artists may be enjoyed by the public at no charge. Opening reception Friday, July 10, 4-7pm (free). Gallery hours thereafter Monday-Friday 1-4pm. Supported by SUNY Geneseo School of the Arts.

A Cappella Harmony Workshop
Seneca Soundwaves Chorus of Sweet Adelines presents the sixth annual workshop for young women ages 12 to 25 years. The workshop will take place at the Canandaigua Middle School, 215 Granger St., Canandaigua. Participants will learn to sing four part a cappella harmony throughout a day of education and fun! At the end of the day they will demonstrate their newly acquired skill in a performance for parents and friends. The workshop will be directed by Kathy Wakeman, Director of Seneca Soundwaves Chorus and music teacher at Brockport Middle School. This organization is supported in part with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts Decentralization Program, which is administered locally by Phelps Arts Center.

Jazz At The Landing
Enjoy a summer evening party with food, drinks and dancing to the big band sounds of Andy Stobie and the Greater Finger Lakes Jazz Orchestra!
